Famous for its distinctive red brick terrace houses, Burley is a suburb of the city that stretches from Kirkstall Road towards Headingley. With fewer pubs than the latter, Burley is a great compromise; close enough to the pubs of Headingley for easy nights out, but a touch quieter for anyone wanting to balance their social life with some peace and quiet at home.
